Carrot Fries with Mayo Dip

Carrot Fries

These are my new favourite snack! They are super easy to make and taste super similar to sweet potato fries, but better in my opinion!


Ingredients:

20 Large Carrots
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt to taste

Turn your oven onto 375° F and let heat up. Cut your carrots into long thin strips to make like fries. Cover lightly in olive oil and salt to taste (you can add more after they're cooked, so at this point less is more). Put into the oven to cook for about 30 minutes until crispy. That's it!

Chilli Mayo Dip

Ingredients:

1 cup Mayo
4 tbsp Ketchup
1/2 tsp Crushed Garlic (or Garlic Paste)
1 tbsp Louisiana Hot Sauce (doesn't really make it spicy, just gives extra flavour)
2 tsp Chilli Powder

Just simply mix all the ingredients together and you're done. Simple as that.


There you go! You've got a delicious, healthier alternative to fries!
